We are committed to providing a high quality eye test in a friendly and relaxing environment. We will take the time to explain the tests and answer any concerns you may have.
We keep a record of your eye test so that all your history can be recalled and reviewed at any time.
Aspects we examine include:
- binocular vision function
- glaucoma screening
- diabetic eye screening
- visual field examination
- colour vision assessment
- low vision aid assessment
- VDU and occupational vision screening.
If necessary, we can carry out a dilated fundus examination. This gives us a much clearer view of the back of the eyes and evaluates the overall health of the eyes. Those with a medical card or PRSI cover get help towards the cost of their sight test as well as help towards the cost of their glasses.
