Fermoy Opticians ran a competition in June for anyone who purchased glasses or contact lenses from them. This was to mark their newly refurbished premises. They have modernised the layout, re-equipped the consulting room, introduced computerised systems and set up a workshop for the manufacturing and repair of spectacles.

Congratulations to our winners!! Top prize of a Kodak digital camera went to Bridget O’Donnell from Clondulane, 2^nd prize of an I pod shuffle to Anna Cronin from Fermoy and 3^rd prize of Polaroid sunglasses went to Noreen Fitzgerald of Fermoy. Other prizes went to Johanna Halley of Fermoy and Eric Lyons of Lismore.
